Douwe Bob
Special GuestDouwe Bob Posthuma, professionally known as Douwe Bob, is a Dutch singer-songwriter. He won the Dutch talent show De beste singer-songwriter van Nederland. He specializes in folk and country music and has released four albums. He represented the Netherlands in the Eurovision Song Contest 2016.

Andorra has participated in the Eurovision Song Contest six times, debuting in the 2004 contest and participating every year thereafter until the 2009 contest. As of 2023 the nation remains the only country to have never competed in a grand final, with their best result being a 12th-place finish in the 2007 semi-final, and thus failing to qualify. Andorra withdrew from the contest following their 2009 appearance, with the national broadcaster Ràdio i Televisió d’Andorra (RTVA) citing quoting financial difficulties preventing their continued participation. Interest in the contest has however remained high in the principality, while statements from the Andorran government and broadcaster indicated a return was possible, depending on financial backing.
Susanne Georgi Nielsen, commonly known as Susanne Georgi, is a Danish singer who lives and works in Andorra. She started her career along with her sister in the duo Me & My; the group had a couple of hits around Europe. They also participated in the Danish pre-selection for Eurovision Song Contest 2007 together, in the end landing a 6th place in the national final.
Georgi is the owner of the biggest singing academy in Andorra: Stars Academy and also runs a management and recording studio to help new and upcoming talents.
The singer represented Andorra in the Eurovision Song Contest 2009 in Moscow, Russia with the song “La teva decisió (Get a Life)”. Results of the national final in Andorra showed that she had received 47% of the jury vote and 66% of the public televote. Her song, however, failed to make it to the final of Eurovision the same year, losing out in the first semi-final. It was not the first time Susanne has made an appearance in Eurovision; at the Eurovision Song Contest 2007 she presented the Danish televoting results at the Final in Helsinki. In recent years Susanne has been working extensively to bring Andorra back to the contest.
